the nitty gritty
Ali has worked on PR campaigns for HISTORY’S Battle Factory, Global TV’s Big Brother Canada season 4 casting tour, YTV’s Tricked and Discovery Channel’s Made by Destruction, along with a smorgasbord of Food Network Canada shows: Great Canadian Cookbook, Chopped Canada and Top Chef Canada, to name a few. Ali leads the development and implementation of communication strategies for all King Street Food company restaurants such as Buca, Jacob’s Steakhouse, La Banane, CXBO (Chocolates by Brandon Olsen) and Jamie’s Italian.
so, what's ali like?
She’s creative, collaborative and obsessively organized. A hockey fanatic and a whiz on the slopes, Ali brings an athletic style of determination to her work. Whether it’s getting you up on waterskis in a splash (she was once an instructor), or directing your media campaign with precision, this fearless leader gets the plays together to make it happen.
what else is she into?
Right now, she’s got her ear on Bastille, her mind on This is Us and her eye on The Backstreet Boys (in case you didn’t know, they’re doing Vegas). She might be the biggest female Senators’ fan on this side of the capital. With 20 000 songs on her iPod, it’d be hard for Ali to pick her favourite band of all time but if she had to, she might say Queen. Her favourite movies are from the 80s and 90s. Test her on celebrities, music or TV from any decade. She’s got it. Seriously, try her.
